eLearning (Storyline) for Regulatory Content
Problem:
An introductory module was needed to explain the pricing structures within the Revenue Services Organization and to clarify how pricing models work and their influencing factors.
Challenges/Constraints:
Budget constraints meant I was the sole designer/developer. SMEs were often unavailable or reassigned, so I had to learn the content and act as the SME.
Approach:
The plan was to use Storyline's features, reduce on-screen text, and use voiceover to explain key points.
Result:
Module finished on time, approved, and shared with partners.
