Podcast Series for Inbound Sales Associates
Problem
The challenge was to create a “push” versus “pull” method to support a sales process for representatives who were trained during onboarding but had little reinforcement afterward.
Challenges/Constraints
How can we deliver training to new hires? One option was through email and RSS feeds. However, sales reps didn't have Outlook installed and used the web version for email. The region was undergoing a tech upgrade, so not all reps had the same browser version.
Ideation
We created 8 episodes based on a "Roadtrip" theme, featuring interviews with sales supervisors and example scenarios.

RSS, Audacity, SharePoint
Result
Level 1 scores were excellent, and sales supervisors noted more enthusiasm and better quality scores.
